Cucumber plants continue to amaze me, how they grow and grow and grow. This is Carmen F1, no dig in my polytunnel and mulched with compost, no feed given. I cut off most leaves below the fruiting zone and remove every second fruit, keep adding string to the top, see my July video on YouTube.
