I was on solo parenting duty for the weekend while @dr.marvinksmith was out of town recently. Whenever he’s away, on call, or has a lot of cases, I get extra intentional about my schedule and the kids’ schedules so I can fit everything in without feeling overwhelmed. I always find that when I plan ahead, solo weekends feel manageable and tiring instead of chaotic and totally exhausting. ⏰👏🏽💪🏽
